STÖRI MANTEL CZ after treatment pallet line

Fully automatized SMOP line operated by a single employee, assembled as free-standing or with SMPA500 automatic machine. The line constitutes a convenient solution wherever there’s a need for accurate and quick completion of pallets with high efficiency and maintaining repeatability. The constructional concept and the price are mostly aimed  at medium-sized manufacturers with production at the level of 840 pallets per shift.

The operation and control over the entire line is performed by the programmable PLC unit. Thanks to the use of such solution, the only service operation required involves the placing of a pallet in the input feeder and its collection on the other end. In case of operation as a pallet production line, the task of the service is to collect ready pallets. The line meets all EU requirements.

•  Output roller conveyor for the manual receiving (option – SMSA automatic stacker)

Technical specification:

Input chain conveyor driven by:

•  machine steel construction with drive reels
•  250mm reel set (for pallet of at least 600 mm in length);
•  drive system for manual placing or full automation of input system with SMPA500 automatic machine)

Pallet marking section

•  pneumatic pallet clamping;
•  pneumatic movement of the marking system
•  automatic template clamping
•  heater power 1kW- entire 6 kW;
•  smooth branding time regulation from 3 to 20 s;
•  fume exhaust spout diameter 150 mm.

Corner cutting

•  four self-propelled blade units
•  dust removal spout 4x120 mm;
•  single power unit 2 kW- entire 8 kW.

Edge milling flow aggregate

•  automatic pallet feed;
•  6 milling units;
•  upper clamping wheels.

Order completion time

An average 8-10 weeks from the day, the contract is signed. After signing of the contract, the DTR part is transferred, which allows the preparation of the machine assembly post..

Warranty

The seller, supported by the manufacturer, STÖRI MANTEL CR, issues a 12 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 6 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is delivered to the client’s facility. The essential condition to the aforementioned is that the machine is to be started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and operation
