Automatic stacker of pallets

Fully automated stacker with rotating and stacking system for pleats. The stacker is designed for operation with an automatic after treatment pallet line.

Automatic pallet stacker is available in two versions:

•  SMSA "s" permanent version – for standard 800 x 1200 mm EURO pallets;
•  SMSA "u" universal version – for pallets with dimensions from 700 x 600 mm to 1000 x 1500 mm.

The set comprises of:

•  input conveyor with horizontal rotation module 90˚;
•  vertical rotating system 180˚;
•  stacking module;
•  output chain conveyor 2000 – 5000 mm.

Order completion time

An average 8-10 weeks from the day, the contract is signed. After signing of the contract, the DTR part is transferred, which allows the preparation of the machine assembly post.

Warranty

The seller, supported by the manufacturer, STÖRI MANTEL CR, issues a 12 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 6 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is delivered to the client’s facility. The essential condition to the aforementioned is that the machine is to be started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and operation

An additional order is required, concerning starting, production and technical service training.
