TOS SVITAVY CZ PWK Cross-cut saws

Designed for cutting prisms, logs, boards and slats from coniferous an deciduous wood, for elements of proper length. They are used before the multi-saw to receive chocks, as well as for the division of lumber or patches of given dimensions.

They have a solid, welded construction and are designed for medium-load work in the wood processing industry. The welded stator serves as the basis for the saw construction, on which the headstock with saw blade is mounted. The headstock is driven by the automatic cut-off electric motor. The saw blade is protruded at the time of cutting with the use of a pneumatic cylinder. A cover is mounted on the saw blade, which presses the material. Its movement is correlated with the movement of the saw disc.

Order completion time

An average of 4-5 weeks from the day the contract is signed. After signing of the contract, the DTR part is transferred, which allows the preparation of the machine assembly post.

Warranty

A warranty period of 12 months, starting from the day, the machine is delivered for operation, however not more than 2000 motor-hours. The machine is equipped with an hour clock. The essential condition of the aforementioned is that the machine is started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and starting

It is a requirement, to make an additional order for the assembly, start and training provided to the production and technical personel.
