STÖRI MANTEL CZ UKS Cross-cut saws

Designed for cutting prisms, logs, boards and slats from coniferous an deciduous wood, for elements of proper length. They have solid, strong construction. The machine has a pneumatic-hydraulic operation regulation system. The machine enables the achievement of high cutting precision, even in difficult work conditions. Each machine can be adjusted for the given lengths of processed materials – feeding and receiving tables are placed in 1m distances. The visual reflection of the cutting lines is designated by the laser pointing to the cut surface. It is possible to use 3 – 6 bumpers, positioned on given dimension, controlled pneumatically or with the use of the NC system, which enables automatic change of bumper position.

Order completion time

An average of 8-10 weeks after the contract is signed. After signing the contract, the DTR part is transferred to enable the preparation of machine assembly.

Warranty

The seller, supported by the manufacturer, STÖRI MANTEL CR, issues a 12 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 6 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is delivered to the client’s facility. The essential condition to the aforementioned is that the machine is to be started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and starting

It is a requirement, to make an additional order for the assembly, start and training provided to the production and technical personel.
