The machines meet Polish and European standards of safe operation.
Equipment of offered machines:- main engine and feed engine
- mechanical lifting of saw shaft
- mechanical lifting of pressure box
- ELGO digital indicator of pressure box and saw shaft position
- smooth feed regulation with a frequency converter
- spring pressure for feed reels
- wooden pressure plates for cutting of short elements and for single saw shaft operation
- four saw blade holes, including two spare
- gear wheel for coupling the ripsaw feed with centre device
Order completion time
An average of 6-8 weeks after the contract is signed. After signing the contract, the DTR part is transferred to enable the preparation of machine assembly.
Warranty
For a period of 12 months from the day the rip saw is issued to the client for operation, however not exceeding 2000 motor-hours. The machine is equipped with an hour counter. The essential condition to the former is that the machine is started by the seller’s service.
Assembly and starting
It is a requirement, to make an additional order for the assembly, start and training provided to the production and technical personel.
