KINEMATIC EGER HU SBS and SBS2 edger-saws – rapid cutting

Saws are designed for longitudinal manipulation of lumber on the basis of:

• SBS model – programmed position of t-square and permanent position of saw blade
• SBS2 model – permanent t-square and two transpositions saw discs with programmable position.

The un-edged part of the board returns to the operator, due to a possible automatic movement of feed wheels on both sides. The time clock allows for programming up to eight dimensions of boards or eight positions for each saw blade. Moreover, free positioning of the t-square (SBS) or saw blades (SBS2) can be set manually on the control panel. Smoothly regulated feed is set independently for the forward and backward movement.

The cutting line is designated by the laser line.

The saws are specifically designed for an optimum width cut of boards, chocks and elements for border departments, carpentry workshops and furniture factories.

Equipment of offered machines:

• main motor
• mechanised and programmed transposition of saw blades with Z10P laser lines, which indicate their position
• mechanised transposition of feed and clamp wheels
• ELGO electronic indicators of saw blades and t-square positions with exact to 0.1 mm
• smooth feed regulations in a 6 ÷ 60 m/min range with an “f” converter for cutting and returning  movement
• pneumatic clamp of feed rolls

Order completion time

An average of 6-8 weeks after the contract is signed. After signing the contract, the DTR part is transferred to enable the preparation of machine assembly.

Warranty

The seller, supported by the manufacturer, which is the company KINEMATIC from Eger, Hungary, issues a 12 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 6 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is delivered to client’s facility. The essential condition of the aforementioned is that the machine is started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and starting

It is a requirement, to make an additional order for the assembly, start and training provided to the production and technical personel.
