KINEMATIC EGER HU longitudinal jointing line

Series of machines for longitudinal jointing is designed for small carpentry workshops, as well as large industrial installations. The lines are used for longitudinal jointing of trimmed and untrimmed deciduous and coniferous elements. They can be manufactured with varying efficiency. From 4m/min, for small carpentry workshops with up to 20m/min for large, industrial installations. Fully automatic of semi-automatic versions are also available. It is possible to extand the line with a feeder, so the 15 meter line may be serviced by a single person. The milling unit can be a manual with a single cutter head, a turning table with a single cutter head, with two cutter heads, without pre cutter, with pre cutter. There are also various types of presses available: cycle press, single level end press, dual level end press, programmable.

Order completion time

An average 8-10 weeks from the day, the contract is signed. After signing of the contract, the DTR part is transferred, which allows the preparation of the machine assembly post.

Warranty

The seller, supported by the manufacturer, KINEMATIC, Eger, Hungary, issues a 12 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 6 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is delivered to the client’s facility. The essential condition to the aforementioned is that the machine is to be started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and operation

An additional order is required, concerning starting, production and technical service training.
