KINEMATIC EGER HU milling-tenoning machine for large elements
The construction of the machine does not restrict the length of the laminated louver, this is why it is called the “perpetual press”.
It comprises of the following components:
- end processing unit – milling unit of horizontal axis shifts up/down on the welded steel frame processing both ends in one cycle, the system of sensors positions both processed ends
- matrix glue dispenser with pressure tank on the end of joint strap
- hydraulic press with pneumatic side support
- dividing saw
- reel conveyor line on the louver receiving side
- electric control cabinet

Order completion time
An average 8-10 weeks from the day, the contract is signed. After signing of the contract, the DTR part is transferred, which allows the preparation of the machine assembly post.
Warranty
The seller, supported by the manufacturer, KINEMATIC, Eger, Hungary, issues a 12 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 6 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is delivered to the client’s facility. The essential condition to the aforementioned is that the machine is to be started by the seller’s service.
Assembly and operation
An additional order is required, concerning starting, production and technical service training.
