SMPA500 constitutes a convenient solution wherever there’s a need for accurate and quick pallet nailing with high efficiency and maintaining the repeatability of the joining scheme. The construction concept and price are mainly aimed at medium-sized manufacturers with a production of approx. 500 pallets per shift. The machine is perpetual, which means that the insertion of elements takes place on one end, and the ready pallet is received on the other, and the bottom form returns automatically to the material insertion post. Ready pallets can be collected manually or automatically. In reference to safety, the SMPA automatic machine meets all EU requirements and standards. It is designed with a view of a solo machine operation or in a technological line. The complete pallet production line comprises of:

Order completion time
An average 8-10 weeks from the day, the contract is signed. After signing of the contract, the DTR part is transferred, which allows the preparation of the machine assembly post.
Warranty
The seller, supported by the manufacturer, STÖRI MANTEL CR, issues a 12 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 6 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is transferred to the client’s facility. The essential condition to the aforementioned is that the machine is to be started by the seller’s service.
Assembly and operation
There’s an additional order necessary, concerning starting and production and technical service training.
