KINEMATIC EGER HU optimizer cross-cut saws

CCSE optimizer cross-cut saws belong to the group of “flow through” saws and are designed for optimal cross division of boards and slats, after cutting out the defects marked by the personnel. If the inserted material is defect-free, it is divided as flawless, according to given dimensions and priorities. The software allows for the so-called minimal waste division – MINIMAX (production of plywood, wood panels, packages, etc.) or max. value – OPTY (production of ruffle, destined elements) or work with a program, which combines the advantages of OPTY and MINIMAX. Various configuration of saws, make it easier to choose a model according with the input of material parameters and post-cut elements. It is particularly significant in a situation when maximum proper element exceeds 1500 mm or the minimal input is shorter than 650 mm. The saw can be extended on the output with a rotational platform for manual collection (standard feature) or by a belt conveyor with 4 or 8 pneumatic droppers. Sorting can take place in 4... 16 pockets according to classes and/or length.

• software which allows for cutting out defects according to the purpose of the board
• software optimizing cutting according to length and chosen classes
• the sorter and its software can be additionally delivered.

Order completion time

An average of 8-10 weeks after the contract is signed. After signing the contract, the DTR part is transferred to enable the preparation of machine assembly.

Warranty

The seller, supported by the manufacturer, which is the company KINEMATIC from Eger, Hungary, issues a 12 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 6 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is delivered to client’s facility. The essential condition of the aforementioned is that the machine is started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and starting

It is a requirement, to make an additional order for the assembly, start and training provided to the production and technical personel.
