Optimizing cross-cut saws
Optimizing cross-cut saws
Optimizing saws are used wherever there is an emphasis on maximal efficiency of first class material use.The versatility of the saw allows it to be used while:
- manufacturing asemi-finished product
- manufacturing carpentry elements
- ruffling optimization according to given parameters
- cutting elements for packaging production
There are two versions of optimizer cross-section saws available on the market:
PUSH – material marked with defects and classes is placed on the feeding table, and the feeding system measures the length of the whole element. The material is then pushed and divided as per appointed diagram of division, according to the optimal use of material.
FLOW-THROUGH – the material with marked defects enters the feeding system of the saw. The measurement of the board and appointing the division diagram are carried out while the material is transported in the direction of the dividing module.
