PENNY-DOBROCZYCE is a representative of Dřevostroj Čkynĕ, a Czech company, on the Polish market. Manipulation and sorting lines for logs

The sorting lines are designed depending on diameter and client’s needs. They can be equipped in practically all available components of such lines as: 2D or 3D measurement, root-swelling reducer with log rotation and milling head, barking machine, metal detector, hydraulic crane above loading joists and modern optimization systems of measurement and record, supplemented with industrial TV.

In reference to sawmill mechanisation, Dřevostroj Čkynĕ delivers comprehensive systems with edgers and multi-saws. Primary machines represent domestic products or are delivered from the sub-deliverers, the renowned foreign companies. Broad variants of solutions can be based on the frame saw, belt saw or aggregate technology with multi saws and automatic centring.

The sorting and board packaging line (from unsophisticated, small mechanization too fully automated sorters)

Measurement, sorting, cross-cutting and stacking of boards systems are also available for side boards and main boards, always in regards to the size and efficiency parameters of a given sawmill.

Sorting and peripheral material removal (wood shavings, wood chips, bark, etc.)

In a standard production program, there are systems for peripheral material transport – wood shavings, bark, wood chips, etc. The company also offers segregation systems according to classes and wood chips transport. The primary lines comprises of: choppers, wood chips sorters, shakers and transporters or redler conveyors for sorted products.

All these technologies are delivered with complete design documentation.
