NEVA Kardasova Recica CZ tool grinders

The tool grinder is a professional, specialized BPL04-CNC type grinder, designed in a basic version for sharpening thin blades of vertical saws. The grinder can be used, after extending done with other equipment, for band-saws sharpening.

The required tooth geometry maintaining accuracy is ensured by:

• accurate positioning of sharpened blade carriage according to the thickness of the blade body in relation to the grinding wheel axis
• clamping of the sharpened blade in the area of sharpened tooth by the pneumatic cylinder
• controlling the grinding wheel head axis through the programmed processor and step motors
• maintaining the parameters and tooth profile after a change of pitch and hook angle

Order completion time

An average of 6-8 weeks from the day, the contract is signed. After signing the contract, the DTR part which allows for preparation of the machine assembly post is transferred.

Warranty

The seller, supported by the manufacturer, "NEVA" s. r.o. Kardasova Recice issues an 18 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 9 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, machine is delivered to the client’s facility. The essential condition of the aforementioned is that the machine is to be started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and operation

An additional order is required, concerning starting, production and technical service training.
