Vertical saws for thin saw blades, mostly with stellited tooth are designed for cutting the material into thin slats or planks. The small kerf (I.e. 1.25 mm) and high accuracy in maintaining dimensions – thickness of the element, allow for cost-effective wood processing. They are most frequently used in factories, which manufacture floor elements (parquets and planks) glued in layers, in the manufacture of exclusive wooden packages made of valuable wood species, in the manufacture of hockey sticks and snowboards, musical instruments and many other, sometimes very exotic applications.

Equipment of offered machines:

•  Internal frames up to the given cutting height, i.e. up to 80 mm - 2 pcs.
•  Stellite blades for given frames – 2 sets
•  Distance pieces between blades for two saw frames of a given louver thickness
•  Assembly frame for setting of saw equipment on the saw frame
•  OMK 350 torque wrench and set of service tools
•  Pneumatic clamp of feed wheels
•  5 canal lead with subordinate canals dependent on board thickness
•  Microcomputer for identification of defects and blockades preventing standard operation
•  Saw scavenging system with pressurised air
•  Pertinax supporting board plate before the blades, limiting breaches
•  Electrically opened front part of the machine
•  Central lubrication of runners and hinges of frame bearer

Order completion time

An average of 6-8 weeks from the day the contract is signed. After signing the contract, the DTR part which allows for preparation of the machine assembly post is transferred.

Warranty

The seller, supported by the manufacturer, "NEVA" s. r.o. Kardasova Recice issues an 18 month warranty, by the single shift operation, or a 9 month warranty for double or triple shift operation, starting from the day, the machine is delivered to the client’s facility. The essential condition of the aforementioned is that the machine is to be started by the seller’s service.

Assembly and operation

There’s an additional order necessary, concerning starting,production and technical service training.
